Karma Automotive is a private, independently held company that manufactures luxury cars. Its headquarters is in California, and its low volume production takes place in Moreno Valley. Unlike conventional automakers, Karma positions itself above mainstream manufacturers.Its extended range electric sedans include the well known Karma Revero, as well as limited edition models such as the Invictus. Karma Automotive traces its origins to the first generation Fisker Karma PHEV sedan, a plug in hybrid electric vehicle that is initially released in the early 2010s by the now defunct Fisker Automotive. Since then, Wanxiang Group from China acquires core assets through Fisker Automotives bankruptcy proceedings. These assets help create a new company called Karma Automotive, which begins developing a next generation production model known as the Karma Revero.
