Scion
Toyota targets young consumers and focuses on creating affordable vehicles for this market segment. The sub-brand Scion is created in 2003 to fill this role, with vehicles produced primarily out of the Torrance, California, manufacturing facility. In 2016, Scion production ceases altogether, and therefore no additional Scion automobiles are produced. During its lifetime, Scion produces several affordable, sporty compact cars that include the tC coupe, xB hatchback, and FR-S sports car.
Information About Scion
The concept for Scion, which is founded by Toyota, is to provide an alternative vehicle option to younger buyers by trimming options and distinctive design. Launched for sale in California in 2003, it quickly gains traction throughout America on the success of initial xA, xB, and tC small vehicles. Ultimately Toyota drops the Scion brand altogether in 2016 and replaces many original models with a Toyota badge.
For shoppers looking for a used car, Scion gives them the peace of mind of a car designed by Toyota with fair and predictable operating costs. The well proven engines and drivetrains, the broad distribution of parts, and the availability of expert service from Toyota dealers also inspire confidence in these vehicles and are part of the reason why so many people are interested in driving Scion models.
Buyers often look at popular vehicles to compare them to; for example, the xB is known to be practical and offer personalization options, the tC is appreciated as a sporty coupe with affordable pricing, and the FR-S is thought of as an enthusiasts car due to its rear wheel drive. Later, the iA and the iM are geared toward drivers interested in efficient, modern compact cars.
Sellers want to find vehicles that provide potential buyers with as few negatives as possible. Sellers also benefit from sharing maintenance records, confirming all original parts are present, especially for the FR-S, noting no modifications, verifying the vehicles keys and infotainment systems are intact, and showing that wear items are kept up; since many buyers are looking for dependable daily drivers with predictable repair costs and insurance friendly rates, documented proof that the vehicle meets these criteria is key to closing a sale.
Popular Scion Vehicles Wanted
We are buying all used Scion automobiles regardless of mileage or condition. This includes clean title, or no title, daily drivers that include service records, vehicles that show cosmetic wear, or mechanical issues.
We purchase vehicles that include both manual and automatic transmissions, front wheel drive, and rare options. The most critical part of purchasing your car is its overall integrity, maintenance history when available, and whether the car appears stock or modified.
Regardless of whether or not your Scion is in an accident or is damaged by hail, we provide an estimate on your vehicle even if it is high mileage or not operating. If you do not have the original key, registered title, current registration, or other items, that does not exclude you from an evaluation.
We verify that you have the correct documentation to provide an accurate estimate for you.
We want to offer you a strong cash amount for any of these Scions:
